What Data We Collect

When you submit an enquiry or booking request through our website, we may collect the following personal information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Home or property address (for survey bookings)
• Details of your enquiry or requirements

We also count how the site is used. That count does not use a cookie and does not store anything on your device. The details are in the Cookies section below.

How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used for the following purposes:

• Responding to your enquiries in a timely manner
• Scheduling and confirming home survey appointments
• Providing quotes and follow-up communication
• Sending occasional marketing updates — only where you have provided explicit consent

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Enquiry and contact data is retained for a period of 3 years from the date of last contact. Marketing consent records are retained until you withdraw your consent. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

As a data subject under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
• Right to Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to Object — object to processing for direct marketing purposes

Cookies and site counts

There is no cookie banner. We do not use Google Analytics.

PostHog, hosted in the EU, counts how visitors use the site. It runs in cookieless mode, keeps that count in memory for the page you are on, and does not record your session.

Phone taps, WhatsApp taps, email taps, and an enquiry form our server has accepted are also counted once each in our own database (Supabase). The count stores the page and the action. It does not store your name, phone number or email address.

Sentry, hosted in the EU, sends an error report when a page breaks. We use it to fix the site, not to advertise.

If you choose a language other than English, that choice is saved in a cookie and in local storage so the next page stays in that language. The full account is on our Cookie Policy.
